The weekend after we got back from Barbados was a long weekend. So far we have only been away once over a long week-end either due to Matt's work or because they sort of snuck up on us. We looked at exploring areas north of New York but as we left it a bit late accommodation was a bit limited and car rental expensive so we decided to visit Atlantic City – a 2-hour bus ride away and we could book a hotel on Matt’s points!

It was raining by now quite decently and dampened our crossing into Vermont around the Bennington area, which we just passed through without stopping. ... were surprised by the number of people older than us that were at the show. Canes, walkers and white hair were the norm! Lots of perfume/cologne all around, too much for me! The weather has improved and expecting sunshine and 72 today so we are heading to Philadelphia for a Segway tour of the historic old town. I will add video of some of it ...
