... just pieces of alligator, spiced and fried in batter. It turned out to be the best part of the meal because it was like the dark meat of a chicken, with the texture of shrimp. ... the stifling humid heat with rain clouds the locals had happily welcomed to end their drought. Found ourselves in a gourmet burger restaurant recommended to us called Hop-Doddy.
