Arrived in Heraklion
The flight lasts about 3 hours taking us directly from London to Heraklion, Crete. As we step out of the plane in the heat, Paulo and I look at each other, without saying anything, but with a big grin on our faces. Rainy Londonland is a far far away memory now!! Heraklion airport reminds me of the small southern Italian airports I went through in my past, with all the cars beeping around, people shouting ...
Kreta
... mensen ontbreken, worden de namen afgeroepen met de vraag zo snel mogelijk de receptie te bellen indien ze wel aan boord zijn. We finally sailing the beautiful Greek waters ...

27TH SEPTEMBER 2012 - Up this morning to another beautiful day close to Elafonisi but unfortunately we have to leave. We get back to Kissamos and grab some money from the ATM. We find a couple of travel agents to buy some ferry tickets for tomorrow from Heraklion to Mykonos without any success. One agent in town of Kissamos tells me that they are booked out. For some reason we didn’t believe her. Well we don’t want to spend another night in Heraklion. We get ...
