... party continued out in the plaza as the temperature cooled. Too separate tables partied until 10 when the Albergues had curfew. Carlos at the other table was singing. ... we moved to our balcony, overlooking the town roof tops, Iglesia (church) and the surrounding countryside. ... best way I can describe this experience - The Hunger Games.

The most epic music began as the screen showed slow motion footage from past years of a the bulls being let out, and all the men getting plowed by these beasts. We saw men get trampled, kicked in the head, and slammed by bulls. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to get pumped up or honor the fallen, but after it was over we all went wild.
