... No. It's not what you think. Ceviche is raw fish "cooked" in a marinade of lemon juice. This was the first time I've ever eaten Ceviche. I've fallen in love with a foodstuff. It will be the only thing I eat in Peru, (where it's pretty much the national dish, I'm lead to believe).

... We were met by Christiane Moreira Rocco and Alex Gomes who treated us for lunch at the Johnson & Johnson Cafeteria. The cafeteria had a large outdoor patio on a lake with fountains that was very peaceful, and the food was good. I could totally get used to having lunch and getting away from my desk everyday like that - very invigorating.

My first morning in Sao Paulo after a long day of travel, a late bedtime and a 4 hour time change, you would think I would sleep past 7am. I think my need for food got the better of me. Boy was my belly in for a disappointment.
