... played songs on an accordion all night while the locals sang along to the songs. We then went to Peter's Brauhaus which was filled with people dressed for the carnival. ... had a small car on the back, they seemed to be carrying anything from coal to oil, the flow of the river was quite fast and the large boats hardly seemed to be moving in comparison to the boats traveling down stream.
