It wasn't necessary to wait for the bus, since a truck driver, took me a couple of minutes later and drove me to Abarkuh, a city half-way between Yazd and Shiraz. Once there, he introduced me to his family and met with his brother, who his also a truck driver and was heading to Esfahan.
