Memphis feels altogether very unloved. A bit abandoned. Lots of empty buildings and spaces, occupied spaces are incredibly run down and dirty. The people are, in general, a little less friendly.

... that come straight into my head. I met her in a gin soaked barroom in Memphis... To play on Beale you have to be the best. They group I saw where so good it was easy. They hit the right spot for me when they started playing the traditional, slow and painful early blues tunes. Ohh it was good, the feel the pain through the music. ... as his private planes. The biggest plane called the Lisa Marie is amazing, the belt buckles are coated in real gold and the basins in the bathrooms are coated in gold flakes. Zach was much happier now after a sleep so we decided to eat in so Zach could play with 2 boys from Finland/Florida around his age in the Bus next to us which he loved. I chatted to the parents for awhile too which was nice while Chris had some much needed alone time in the RV.
