    ... hitting the tourists. We arrive at our hotel and our adorable porter, Marco, checks us in and shows us how to work the actual turn of the century lift...up to our room. We snack on gorgeous cheese and prosciutto Cliffy and Sandy have gracious provided for us...then we are off to see the city. What a city it is!     I am typing this from the plane as we are going on hour 7 of a nearly 9 hour flight. Sammy has been falling asleep on and off and I feel as though I'm the only person still awake on the plane so I thought I would take a few minutes to add a final post. I was actually able to listen to the Badger game as we flew over the Atlantic and enjoy a glass of cognac with Sammy. The airline handed them out...must be a European thing.     ... in the communal area of a random hostel and tried to do a bit of research. After a few hours we eventually made some sort of a plan. We headed to the Frankfurt tower and bought some tickets. However, because the people that worked there saw us drinking beers before we went up, they refused us entry and gave us a refund...oopsy...So we headed out for dinner (where we did our makeup and got ready) and had a few drinks at some random bars (including an Australian bar) - ...
