Through many discussions with my friends and family, times of reflection on my own and journaling, I have come to the conclusion to stay in Switzerland for a while and seriously look for a job. We had planned a trip to Lucerne, a city famous for its surrounding scenery and covered bridges that span the Ruess River. I was there in high school and remember a lot of shops devoted almost exclusively to cow bells, hand carved clocks, Swiss army knives, chocolates and beer steins, but I guess these touristy items were not selling well enough because those shops are now gone.
