... the road at the town of Lusen and so after a few kind words its back on my bike and back down the road we have just come.

Soon I turn off down the scenic road to Brixen. I travelled this road last year and really enjoyed it. It follows a river much of the way but is extremely rough and is not well kept at all.

The satnav tells me the journey should take about 13 minutes!! Well, those 13 minutes turned into more like 45 minutes. This little journey was ...

Went down to the Restaurant for dinner, it was a four course meal, the other couples walked out when finished, I was confused. I waited for the waitress and asked how does dinner work, do you add it to the ...

Lots of discussion as to what to do today. We have two days left here in the Dolomites. Want to get high up one more day. Needed an easier day. Lots of body parts are talking to us. Jojo needs to wear the knee brace. So - after lots and lots of discussion, we decided to take this hike to a waterfall. Seemed like an easier option. Tomorrow we will go rigorous again . . . . And then - it's off to Tuscany and time to roll out ...

... br> parallel to the main motorway (which appeared to be elevated on concrete piers
most of its route). The motorway was busy and even the local road was busy, Not
pleasant driving. This is a main north-south arterial route.

Stopped at Camping Corones. Luxurious site, with heated
sanitary facilities and a heated outdoor pool, but somehow we did not like it.
Full of Germans and very “ordered” parking.
