... We all had burgers and then dessert. Kathleen and i had a chocolate brownie/lava cake type pastry, that had a Belgian chocolate filling and vanilla ice-cream and a fruit sauce on the side. Tom got vanilla ice-cream with Belgian chocolate sauce on the side. Yum!! The Belgian chocolate sauce in the pastry and on the side of the ice-cream was sooo good. It had more of a dark chocolate flavor but was so rich. We definitely ate good tonight!

To and Huget both had to go to work, so we had a slow start and then drove to Holland! Maastricht, home of André Rieu! Had a lovely day walking around the two market squares, the food and clothes market stalls and then had lunch watching the people walk by. No churches, museums or art galleries today. ... of the diary I accidentally ripped the edge of it, but meh I was like, oh it's okay I at least made the effort to do it, but no, the prof a dit: «Bah, celui là c'est a qui? [elle a lu mon nom pendant j'ai essayé de me cacher] Eliza, qu'est-ce qui s'est passé avec ça » et moi : « euh, rien madame » and I walked away.
