After two rest days at Lake Constance, which ended up as a 100 mile ride along the north side of the lake, I'm now at Schaffhausen close to the Rhine Falls. 141 miles in two days - awesome cycling in glorious weather. ... was already locked when we got here! We have started checking out the route from the end of the Rhein. This route ends with a climb up Oberalpass to 2100m (1400m ascent). The next route, the Rhone route starts with a big climb, we'd always assumed it was the same climb but on closer inspection, the maps reveal it not to be the case.
