... Neil arrived in plenty of time too. The gates to the platform opened at 08:00 and people were queuing soon after 7:30. This puzzled us as we had allocated seats. Neil asked the train staff and was told people like to queue and that 5 minutes after the gates opened the queue would be gone. This was the case and that's when we got up and went to the train.
