For the price we are paying, the first room offered to us was not a good option. I complained and after being offered two alternatives, I settled on the third option. The first room had a noisy air conditioning unit and a tiny bathroom. The TV only had Hindu stations and shows. Most inadequate. Management recovered the day by offering us a better room for the rest of our stay and a complimentary bottle of wine - Chilean. We feel special.

Just a note of thanks to my dear husband who makes all my dreams come true. This was a big one. He did not know if he would like it. Well, he did! It was an adventure of a life time as we most likely will not ever come back to this country.

I loved the elephants the most of all the animals. I wish I could pet them again. The monkeys were …

After breakfast, we went for a brief walk outside the hotel to find a community of 30+ monkeys. It was so exciting to finally see them, but then a baby one climbed on a walker's leg and nipped. Look in the pics as we caught it. When it began raining monkeys down in the trees over our heads, we yelled in surprise and ran for the hotel:)

The next part of our odyssey was the flight from Dubai to Delhi...3+ more hours flying over Pakistan and such. On this flight, we had to fill out Ebola forms, what?!? The stewards also spray insecticide down the aisles! Then we went through customs and had to fill out the 3rd additional form before we were cleared. A driver was waiting for all of …
