... gently with one of the scariest rides of the day- the Buzzsaw (it doesn't look that scary but it was HORRIBLE) then we went for it and conquered a few other big ones: Tower of Terror (which became our fave), The Giant Drop and so on with equally 'terrifying' names.we also did the cool ones like the log flume&the rapids. The worst one by far was this sneaky kung fu panda themed one which looked pretty innocent & had lots of kids on-but ...

... a sanctuary employee emerging from a shop with a huge carpet python around her neck. This scarf seemed perfectly happy relaxing on his happy handlers' shoulders and had shaped itself into a tailor-made fit around her form. The feel of its scaly skin is difficult to describe but perhaps softer than you might imagine. ... the children's play area was fantastic! They have a bouncy castle built into the ground. We loved playing on the different toys….like big kids! We also had to see "The Spit" (a lighthouse and a long pathway out to the lighthouse) where the waves come over the land rapidly swallowing the path we walked on. Garrick also explained that there were 3 wild Leather back turtles that live around The Spit (sadly we didn’t manage to see them ...
