Park Pupp Karlovy Vary

... region is also known for the quality of it's porcelein and we also went to one of the factories to get some porcelein dishes as well, needless to say, our suitcases will be heavy and fragile on the way home!-but it's worth it :) We head back to Prague tomorrow, so we are spending the day seeing a few more things here and getting organized for the trip back, luckily we have a ride back with Mirek's uncle. Well folks, sorry we have not had a more recent update upon our return from Croatia (we're thankful that the flight was a safe one, the take off was rough., we took off in a windstorm and weren't sure wether we would lift off or be blown off the runway). Upon our return we spent several days hanging out with the various relatives in Prague. We made another visit to Wenceslas Square and tried to visit Jaromir Jagr's bar on the square ...

... eye. But that won't be for another month. Next we go back to Prague and spend two days there. Again it will be cool because I'll get to tag along on activities that I probably wouldn't do on my own, like the river boat cruise, thanks Grandma! Hope everyone is enjoying their Summer. I've been told that this year compared to previous is quite different. It's pretty cold for the middle of June, and the weather hasn't gotten consistently sunny yet. No worries ...

This day trip to Karlovy Vary is a must.<br><br>It is such a beautiful city famous for its hot springs. Nice beautiful houses, and the river running through the city makes the place a paradise.<br><br>Don't forget to buy (a rose).....it is about a real flower rose which is left for quite a time in the hot springs and the result is amazing ...

Carlsbad is sort of for older people, but I've been here 4 or 5 times and very much enjoyed my short stays, walks, food, nature and Pupp (it's so posh and dogs can stay there too:) And Yes, there's a film festival in July as well! And a thermal swimming pool if you want to have fun in the winter after skiing!
