We sat in the front carriage of the tram and toured the lower levels of the site looking at the sets, sound stages and props used in some very well known movies. We then drove into Beverley Hills, which is defined by extreme wealth, but without the 'other worldliness' of Mullholland Drive and therefore much more appealing. Wide streets framed by beautiful large trees. Lots of grand and interesting architecture. We went for a walk up the famed Rodeo Drive. Every store is an exclusive boutique and not very inviting. We started on our journey with an unexpected surprise... All four of us got upgraded out of Madison!!! You know what that means, free drinks to start our honeymoon... Unfortunately we got another surprise with thunderstorms over Atlanta delaying our arrival. Thankfully we utilized our track skills and sprinted through the Atlanta airport and scooted onto the plain just as the doors were closing. We arrived in LA on time at 1015 PM. A piece of sage advice ...
