... a successful tour, we didn't lose anyone, we didn't lose or have any bags delayed and everyone had a good time.
The bus driver said we could walk back and we thought about it but chose a cab. Into our tiny room and I was on the bed trying to watch the Lakers through my eyelids. I managed to stay awake long enough to order take away and then woke up again to eat it. Then back to sleep.
Have fun because you know I will be.

My concern was the return bus trip as the information at the Green Line end said that it was instead of the usual 20 - 30 minutes frequency, it became hourly late on Sunday.
Had only an hour here at the mall so made the best of it to grab a bit to eat at the busiest food operator up on the 3rd level Dining Terrace and wandered around. It ...

After the family retired for a nap, I hit the gym for a rather intense lifting session. The gym was pretty good, and I had it all to myself. That made me feel a whole lot better! I roused the sleepy family for dinner at Paparazzi, the restaurant at the hotel. The food here is excellent, with great service and fabulous local wines.
All in all, a pretty good first day in LA. Early start tomorrow to the Grand Canyon.
... the tour it became very cold, very quickly. I was only in a shirt and shorts as it was hot in Miami. I was also dehydrated and already felt like I needed to vomit as well as a mega headache. Then the shivering set in. I'm like cold at the best of times lol. We were waiting for the bus but also on the lookout for a taxi but none were around as we were in the middle of no where. The bus ...
