... ride where you shoot Zurg and defeat him. Next I went to Adventure land where I went on the Indiana ride where it was a interactive rollercoaster it was a great ride. Next I went to the Disney Castle where I got someone to take a photo of me near the castle. I had some lunch went to the pizza place and had a meat lover pizza. Then I went on a tour called Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps Guided Tour.

... to relive some of the places we have visited. We had booked a tour of the Dolby Centre where the Academy Awards are held but it was closed for a private event - didn't they know we were coming?

... these animals in Sea World might not exactly be the way it is supposed to be, and the story of Free Willy was constantly in the back of my mind, but I was very impressed by what the animals were capable of and had great respect for their trainers. Besides the killer whale show we were also blown away by the dolphins, penguins, turtles, sharks and many more beauties of the sea. We stayed in the park until closing time and then headed to Coronado Island for more tacos!

Los Angeles

In the past, I hardly saw Los Angeles as the "City of Angels." To me it seemed overcrowded, poorly planed and soulless. And when Roy learned that The Desparate Housewives wasn't really filmed in an upper class suburb but on a Hollywood set, we might as well have called it the "City of Lies!"

Sound dramatic? Ok, well maybe just slightly, but trust me, it gets better. After a weekend in LA this trip, we did not want to leave.


Universal studios

... to upgrade the tickets to front of the line so we didn’t have the same experience all day, lining up in queues and possibly missing out on rides.

The park wasn’t as busy as I can imagine it sometimes is, but I don’t regret buying the upgrade. Was a great feeling walking past the queue and honesty saved a lot of time, allowing us to see more of the park.

First stop was the Simpsons ride which was in 'Krustyland’ right next to the ...
