Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78... we had an awesome time nonetheless! :)

On Thursday morning we took a way too early flight to Albuquerque via Houston, Texas. Thanks to online self check-in we secured good seats on both flights and had a chance to catch up on sleep. Upon our arrival we picked up our first car - a silver Nissan Sentra - and checked in to the Hiway House Motel. This would be the start of 4 memorable days in Albuquerque. Our motel was run by the most chilled guy in the state ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States dev-max... Unfortunately we were 3 days too late. The majority of the birds, thousands, had already taken off. There were a few still there and the sunrise was beautiful.
We then drove southwest to Silver City for a few days of exploring.
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States sjandbuddy... the wolves at this sanctuary up close. We got timber wolf kisses and many pics.

I enjoyed the winter most because it was cold and would snow ocasionally. Albuquerque in 5000 ft above sea level with mountains called the Sandias surrounding the city. Lifestyle was different from Florida. It is the biggest small town of the southwest. We returned to Florida in August 2009 longing for home.

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States gnatalia... Turner on piano. In fact there was a genuine nervousness about pushing the door open to the place that Sam Phillips built. It wasn't quite the nervousness that one feels when one goes for a job interview but still it was amazing how I felt upon entering this building and paying my entrance fee. I even had time to have a cup of coffee in the café prior to going on my guided tour. Although it is only two rooms you visit, the memorabilia room and the ...

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9... car that rides up to one of the tallest peaks overlooking the city and lays the claim to the longest tramway in the world. I drove up to the base of the tram, only to find it was shut down for maintenance. We at least I took a few pics of the view from the parking lot at the base of the tram. Next stop on the trip, a weekend in Santa Fe. Thankfully Santa Fe ended up restoring my faith in New Mexico.
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States polakpete... arrived. Back on the road with full bellies...we stopped for a bit in the "ghost town" of Glenrio, TX, right at the border of New Mexico. Really, its just a few abandoned buildings, including the "Last/First" Motel in Texas (depending on which direction you're coming from. Lots of artsy photos exploring. The highlight was when Dusty crossed the road and then came running back, screaming like a girl b/c he almost stepped on a rattlesnake. In ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States daveandmel... avoid the wreck, we took a detour through the town of San Miguel Ignacio. This town is part of an Indian pueblo. The view of how the folks in this town lived was a little surprising. It was clear that there is a lot of poverty in the area. The streets were dirt, and the stores (what few there were) looked rather run down. Yet, a sense of pride could be found amidst the rubble. The schools looked very clean, while the houses were relatively well ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States mikvs... age, not my age. That almost never happens now, and I don’t see it happening amongst my younger peers either, except for cross-sex hook-ups. I came back and visited again a few years later and found out that she’d been killed in a car wreck, right about the time there was a song of the same name all over the radio. Life’s weird.
