Not a fan

Had an overall bad experience. Reservations had gotten messed up and front desk was entirely unaccomodating. Instead of trying to be helpful and find a solution to what otherwise was a minor problem, the clerk was rude and unhelpful. Won't ever stay there again.

Most enjoyable stay!

Park Place is in a great location right on the Boardwalk and near "the action"! The rooms are very clean and nicely appointed and the staff very courteous. Their oceanfront rooms have a great view of the boardwalk and ocean/beach from the balcony. We have stayed at Park Place twice and will return in the future.

Alway a great place to stay

been staying a at PP 2-or 3 time a year since they opened and it is alway great. Like the in room safe. It's all about location and PP is close to everything.

Thoughtful Staff

We had stayed at Park Place when my brother-in- law started to bleed out and from a operation he had about a month prior to our vacation. He was rushed to the hospital. The staff at Park Place cleaned up all the blood and his wheelchair. I offered them a tip for doing it and they did not accept it. I will always say only good things about Park Place.

Great Choice!

Just recently stayed at Park Place Hotel. The staff was very friendly from the time I made my reservation until we checked out. The room is very clean and maid service was remarkable. We went to breakfast and when we returned 30 minutes later the room had already been cleaned. It is great for 2 people, any more and it could be alittle crowded. Great location, close to everything!

Very Nice, Safe Place

After many "Roach Motels" at Ocean City, the Park Place is a very clean, nice hotel to stay. My wife and I were without kids which made the room about the right size for us. If you have kids, it may be cosidered a bit small.

The pool is also a bit small - but clean and situated nicely on the 2nd floor.

The location is just ideal between 2nd and 3rd streets right on the boardwalk.

Perfect!!

My family and I went to Ocean city Md, and stayed at Park Place Hotel, for the first time. Needless to say we will be coming back next year.

The Hotel was the nicest one on the boardwalk. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous, and the location was ideal. Everthing you want to do is close by, we parked our car and did not move it until it was time to leave. Their prices are very reasonable and perfect for the kids. I would highly reccommend this to anyone.

Park Place is The Best

The new Park Place Hotel is great. Rooms are clean (wish they were a little larger), and property is well maintained. Outdoor pool on second level, backside of building away from boardwalk is nice - keeps the non-guests out. Good breakfast buffet. Location is perfect - downtown in the action. Love the place.

Great Place!!

This is my favorite place to stay in Ocean City. The rooms are very nice and clean. I enjoy the outdoor bar and pool area. Plus the fact, that its right in the middle of everything.

Park Place

If you want a nice place to stay, try Park Place located on the Boardwalk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rates are reasonable. If you have kids, they have a nice pool area. They also have an outside bar located OceanFront for mom and dad.
