Many of the buildings have elaborate paintings on them. It is very beautiful. We stop for dinner at a restaurant that has a flamboyant painting of Carnival, which is in March. The waiter tells us next year Carnival will be March 3 to 7 and we should come back.
The restaurant is also painted inside with images of carnival. It is a quaint place, all wood. And it is a busy place - we were lucky to get a seat without reservations. ...
