The village where it stands today has been relocated from its original position, as in the late 1600’s the entire village was washed away in a huge flood. We were shown photos of a similar flood that would have washed away the village if it had been in its original position. Tomorrow off to Paris. A couple of the attached photos are from our swiss night on the 25/06/12 and our trip to San Gimngiano.

We sat down and ordered a rosti (sort of a potato cake or hash brown but messy, if that makes sense?) each and then a cheese fondue to share. Witek was too scared to try the meat one, probably I was too but I would have given it a go if he had been up to ...
