... and lots of travelling and moving to different places. I am sure we will look back and appreciated the rest we have been able to have.

The weather seems to be on the improve, days are getting a little warmer, although the change from one day being so beautiful and warm to the very next day being 20 – 30 degrees (Fahrenheit) colder still amazes us.

Here we are at our home base, Escapees Headquarters at Rainbow's End RV Park. Starting Friday (through Sunday) will be the Escapees Boot Camp, a number of seminars and sessions to help those who are considering the RV Lifestyle.

Before and after those sessions, Greg is now a certified instructor for the RV Driving School.

We stopped in Livingston, Texas for a period of two weeks as this is our home base for our mail forwarding service and the Headquarters for the Escapees RV Club, of which we are members. We had the opportunity to take care of a number of things while we were here, the most important of which was to get our car repaired after a minor parking lot accident up in Amarillo. We were fortunate that "the other guy" was also a member of USAA ...

The morning brought the first sunny sky I've seen since leaving Brevard. Very welcome. It's great to travel free of dark clouds.

I explore the roads of northern Louisiana today. Many small towns that don't look like they've changed much in the last fifty years. In between the landscape is very lush with lots of meadows full of wild flowers.
