The day started with showers and low cloud shrouding the tops of the surrounding high rise buildings. It was generally mild with temperatures hovering around 6C. Wendy left before breakfast, walking to the Belgian Bakery at the top end of town for freshly baked croissants - some plain, some almond, one chocolate/cherry.
