... beautiful and it was a nice ending moment. Regan had a hard time seeing the homeless people, she would read the signs while we waited at streets to cross. She'd tug and point quietly with tears forming in her eyes. I didn't think to warn her, guess we'll have lot of follow up talks. It makes us very thankful for what we have and what we've been able to do. What a fantastic night! They all crashed on the way home. And slept really well at uncle Mike and Aunt ...

After a shuttle that took us over an hour to get from the airport, we had finally made it to our hotel, right on the Chicago River. It's a great central spot close to nearly everything. The Sweetwater Tavern and Grill was recommended to us by the concierge, that came with a discount voucher (not complaining!) Arrived at the airport around 3:00 PM for a 6:00 PM flight. Security lines were shockingly long, but we are so excited. Purchased bottled water for the flight and it was Icelandic water. I wondered if it was really from Iceland and it was. Tasted like water :-)
