... we decided to go back to Rojo's for Pub Trivia.  Needless to say I won't be competing in any Jeopardy! TV challenges since Derick and I won a prize for coming in last place.  And that ignominious defeat ended day two in Birmingham. ... and horseback riding. It's a great place for a cookout with family and friends.

There are some seriously good barbeque restaurants in the Birmingham area! One of my favorites is called Dreamland Bar-B-Que. For a long time, the only food on the menu was barbeque ribs and white bread! Now you can order BBQ sandwiches, side dishes, and banana pudding there too.

We have now covered 258 miles together! That's 415.2 kilometers.

... Capitol building. We drive around for a bit, navigating by the tourist leaflets we picked up from the hotel, and decide to go to "Alabama Old Town”. This is a tourist attraction/museum that has moved many buildings from all over Alabama to the one site in Montgomery for preservation. That was really interesting.
