    ... bungalow provided by the campamento would be around $25 US a night. He told he would contact me right before I left, but on the eve of my departure I still hadn’t heard from him, and he did not return my phone call.

    So, I knew I had to get to Tecolutla, but I didn’t know where to go once I got there. Was the camp right in town, or several miles away? I had no idea.

    I would just have to wing it when I got there.

    ... committee in Africa all had needles in their hands. The Yellow Fever vaccine is the last, hopefully, and needs to be done around six weeks before departure, which should give me plenty of time from now.
    I am starting to think about what I am going to do with all of my stuff. Of course I will be keeping some of it, hopefully Grandpa and Janice let me borrow a closet at their house, but not a lot. If all goes to plan I will be able to sell everything ...

    ... are very friendly and there's a lot of great, free, outdoor stuff to do too, especially in the summer which is very hot there.

    Main attractions/activities are waterfalls, bike trails, hikes, fishing, lakes, loads and loads of massive lakes! In some ways, I just find that Americans have a higher standard of living for less cost, particularly in the food department. I'm looking forward to another tall stack of blueberry pancakes.
