    ... I wasn't informed of the cost at booking time. I saw it this arvo when I checked the email. A lovely email from the hotel saying that they were pleased that we had selected their hotel for an extra night. I would be pleased too if I rented out Castile Street for that amount each night. Ah well, it is only money!

    ... in Pesaro (last nights stay) and then hop on the cruise liner to go over to visit more relatives on a small island near Split. They, along with his three brothers run the Spinks Hotel in Geelong. The pub was built by their dad and they are going strong. We now have a place to stay in Geelong!

Hope he does well at Donnington when we are there to watch him in 2 weeks time. Tom Sykes was 2nd and it would have been British 1, 2, 3 but Chaz Davies' bike mysteriously stopped in both races.     On Friday, we traveled by train and walked in the rain.

    Even precipitation is lovely in Italy.
