Took the train from Nuremberg to Munich. Encountered a group of refugees. Pretty difficult to get through with all the police that were there as well. I thought we might miss our train!! We didn't miss this connection although it is really full. One more transfer and we will be in ...

Heading through the turnstiles, we were greeted with a refreshingly cool wave of air blowing down the canyon. It is hard to describe these sorts of things, but it was something like out of a movie like Lord of the Rings ...

... dollar writing desk, a large ornate cabinet with tortoise shell build for some unknown reason, delicate, but thickly stitched carpets and curtains, large chandeliers from glass or porcelain, a dining table that lowers through the floor on a pulley and winch system, a private swimming pool with bridge and even a modern heating system. It was clear that money was of no expense and I can only recommend that one goes and visits the palace to get an idea for oneself. ...
