... t fly off the course into the woods! I have an awesome video of me screaming down the slide and then a nice narration while I get pulled back to the top! I went on the longest toboggan slide in Swiss and went 35km on the little thing! ... back, headed into the town of Lucerne. As I was not attending the cheese fondu lunch I walked along the main canal with my new friend Caitlin, she is a kindergarten teacher from Melbourne. There are two main walking bridges across the central channel, one of which used for (I'm told) filming for the Harry Potter movies! So I got lots of photos of that haha.

... very famous in the area. I don't know if I've ever eaten Asiago cheese back home. I guess I never really paid attention to it. It has little irregular holes in it, not the large obvious holes you see in Swiss cheese. It's great with crackers or on a Panini. It melts like a smooth blanket over pasta.
