... each room - interesting!!
After the tour we wandered about ourselves for a bit before catching the return journey back to Rome. We met up with Andrew who said his day had been good - he wandered about the streets, took in some sights and saw several 'saldi' shops - initially thinking they were Italy's largest franchise! ...but quickly worked out it was Italian for 'sale' - gave us all a giggle!

... the traffic is busy it isn't as frantic as Istanbul, and pedestrians have right of way as long as they are brave enough to step onto the crossing when the lights change. In Athens they were very courteous to pedestrians and would stop and let you across the road anywhere. It is also very clean here. Got to see the Collesseum which is massive and hard to describe.
