    ... at 6:30, take a taxi to our hotel, carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs to the reception desk and then relax in our rooms for a bit. We have a great view of the harbour, which is must across the road. We head downstairs for a refreshing ale and then wander the foreshore until we find a restaurant we like the look of.     The la Perouse museum [he being born in Albi] was fascinating for us Aussies. Not only did we connect with his Australian visit which coincided with the first fleet, but we got an understanding of the bravado and skill they used to navigate a large part of the Pacific ocean for nearly 3 years.

    Today we headed to Lezignan-Corbiere to meet up with our wine club friends. We overnight here before taxiing to Argens Minervois to take charge of a penichette for 7. What a hoot! We catch the train from Toulouse and spend about 90 mins watching beautiful scenery before our stop.     Jumping on the plane an hour late I think everyone was exhausted. I took my sleeping pills which fortunately knocked me out for 9 hours!! I definitely slept for one of the longer times!! In Paris we spent a while finding our boarding passes but thankfully our bags were checked through to Toulouse.
