          Caught a bus from Bouisset to Castre because I had hurt my foot so I met up with Peter and Sam in the afternoon. Wandered around Castre, sampling the patisseries.           Jumping on the plane an hour late I think everyone was exhausted. I took my sleeping pills which fortunately knocked me out for 9 hours!! I definitely slept for one of the longer times!!
