      ... then where we stayed and now we know that is where we would like to stay next (With more of the vingnard views.) We also decided that a cruise would be a lot of fun, but we got to know the country better this way. We also agreed that Antibes is much nicer than Cannes, if we are ever in that area again. Overall a great trip, the best part was the old buildings and continuously good food! So happy to have been able to share our mini family adventure! ...

My top academic goal is to attempt to complete the language requirement at CSB/SJU; however, after being here a few days, I have amended my goal to do as well as I possibly can in French.       ... for the beach. We were pleased to read that the hotel had access to a private part of the beach,equipped with loungers and umbrellas (critical for an englishman's day at the beach). As it turned out, the loungers cost us a cool 25 Euro each. This was frisky, but not as frisky as the 7 euro bottle of water we drank.       ... managed to finish just as the thunderstorms reached us and drenched everything and everyone ! Back to michael's for a few pre flight G & Ts and a quick shower then a nice business class seat back to Heathrow.
