    ... I was quite looking forward to, and while it wasn't huge, it was still a nice way to spend an evening and some good memories. There are still a lot of activities and events that I want to do.     We woke up on May 12th to the sound of rain. Thankfully, it stopped by the time we thought we should get going. First stop was a traditional Chinese breakfast of salty soy milk with deep fried Chinese dough. Yummy. Then it's off to an eclectic collection of Taiwanese artifacts circa 1900.     ... We had visited there last year but been too rushed. Strolled the old streets going into many shops - but didn't buy! Then to the well known museum. Modern ceramic designs, both utilitarian and creative, had recently been judged for 2015 awards. The designs pushed the boundaries in ways we had not seen anywhere.
