What can I say - I really love Germany and this little town is no exception. Actually stayed here a couple of nights mainly to catch up on emails and sleep. ... We were working with a lot of "Mechanics of Materials" type information (that I don't really remember from CEE 150), and it was also tricky because the data in Excel was labeled in German. So, I was trying to remember what shear strength actually meant while also trying to figure out which German word referred back to shear strength. We were actually a bit disappointed so we ended our trip with a stop at a bakery to have a piece of cake!! hehe! Yes, as you will no doubt have gathered and cheers for pointing this out John, I am making little progress beyond my first pit stop. Have no fear, the wheels although well oiled have not come completely off.
