The cheese was amazing, I use that word way too much, smooth, soft and a mild flavour. We also tried his smoked chees, homemade salami and sausage. ... day I headed to the Central station to catch a train to Sorento and then a local bus to Positano (Amalfi Coast). I got to the station at about 10:30am and to my luck, the trains were on strike until 1pm Ggrrrr. I waited at the station until 1pm and caught the train.
