... only be made from specific cows indemic to the area. It is a highly government regulated industry. If the Italian can do something right it is food. The cheese was amazing, I use that word way too much, smooth, soft and a mild flavour. We also tried his smoked chees, homemade salami and sausage. I was in heaven, all of this with a drizzle of Eugenios olive oil. Well after I stuffed my self full of that it was off to Lucio and his pizzeria.

... ash. Pompeii was accidentally rediscovered in 1599, excavations began in 1748. It last erupted in 1944, and is still an active volcano. There are steam clouds hovering around the top today. We kicked off in Pompeii, it was a pretty hot day. So hot. Pompeii is much bigger than we thought and we snuck in on tours to hear info about the parts and history. After we had saw enough we jumped on a tour to Mt Vesuvius.. Oh my days! The bus was roasting, the tour went for longer than they quoted which didn't work for us. So mad! ... we caught the Ferry to Capri. This is where the rich and famous live. Yes we did dress up. All class. Here we did 2 more walks. One was up to the Villa Jovis through ruins. Adam picked up a lot of building tips here the one that did stand out form the others was that you do need on average 1000 slaves to build a 3 story mansion. ... day I headed to the Central station to catch a train to Sorento and then a local bus to Positano (Amalfi Coast). I got to the station at about 10:30am and to my luck, the trains were on strike until 1pm Ggrrrr. I waited at the station until 1pm and caught the train.
