Day 181 - "Dracula's" Castle

... bit more of Brasov before we had to move on. The weather was stunning by now, despite the temperature being a little chilly, there wasn't a cloud in the sky and the sun was beaming down on the square. Unfortunately this meant that it was impossible to get a table on the main square for a drink. Instead we went to a small bar just off of the main square, where ti was a little quieter.

I expected them but it is still frightening when they chase after you and appear to try and bite your legs. I had to out run 2 dogs up a hill. First I thought about kicking them away but one was way too ...

Gritty City

A travel blog entry by hannahteebay

Waking up in Belgrade, we both felt like we had grit in our teeth from the very air. Seeing the city in the daylight, it seemed just as dirty as the evening before but not protected by the cover of night. We left the car parked at the hostel and walked in the direction of the Kalmegdan fortress that we'd read about but still had no real idea what it was. Everyone we passed had yummy looking pastries, so we added a bakery to our list of attractions to see and picked up a ...
