... trip at least a dozen times to my childhood home on long island. In the 70's the smell of rubber was so strong as you passed through Akron, Ohio. Today all the manufacturing (and many of the jobs) are gone. Passing Goodyear World HQ reminded me of those days almost 40 years ago.

Heading on 84 into Connecticut. Lots of cool architecture and lots of traffic at 215pm. Massachusetts 515pm passed by Boston :( went to Plainville, MA to a new casino just opened June 2015. Had an issue parking, so parked at Target, drove the Impala to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Then to the casino. Gambled a couple hours. Came out ahead! Heading out of this ...

Lindsey decided that having kids looked like a lot of work. On the way, we
survived the Tappan Zee Bridge and Lindsey braved our first thunderstorm just
as it got dark in the hills of Pennsylvania. We also began trying to take
pictures of the Welcome to ________ state signs, but missed New York and New
Jersey right off the bat, so we decided they didn’t count.

... causing the bottom frame of the camper to bow. It looked like the wood was weak, and possible rotted and appeared that the O-ring would come out. It stayed in the entire trip, but it did come out a little more during the trip.
