Just tracking my flight home.

... 1500 AD, Agia Napa Monastery is the best known landmark of the village as well of the surrounding area. The Church is partly built underground and cut into the rock.
The Monastery is in beautiful gardens and there is a very old sycamore tree in front of the south gate which is believed to be over 600 years old and stands next to a big reservoir.

Unfortunately the majority of these businesses remain close until the beginning of May. It is still quite chilly to get to the beach, so I am here with a friend on just a day trip.
Protaras is less than 15 minutes ride from here.
Nicosia is 80km (45min) and Larnaca 39km (20min).
