Dear Kerem and Emre,
It was five minutes before 5pm when I got to the Salamis Ruins and it was getting dark quickly. I stepped in to see the guard and he was dozing off and I didn't want to bother him, so, I invited myself in.
The ruins are spectacular. First the history of the history:

... with inspirations and I was inspired with what he was undertaking. Think about it...he have already made 5,000 km on the way over and he's just starting...he wants to complete this riding all around the globe.
He said he was a postman in his country before he was let go. Then, he sold most of what he's got and decided to bike the globe. Humbling equipment he's got and slow ...
... LOCATION: I cannot think of a better one. Set on the
outskirts of Protaras by a superb sandy cove away from noise disturbance,
hustle & bustle and still so close to the centre. It is only a 15 minute
pleasant walk to the Fig Tree Bay. Get by bus only for €1.50 to Protaras or
Ayia Napa or anywhere in the district you wish. The reception staff will be more
than helpful to give timetables.

... and there are not a ton of hotels that cater towards younger people near the beach. The beach is not that nice near Ayia Napa, but I hear Nissa Beach just down the road is pretty nice. The only real tourist site in Ayia Napa is the monastery, which is actually quite an impressive site. The monastery looks like it's made out of gold although I'm sure it is not. It is decorated with all kind of ornaments and even has paintings all over too.
