Paraiso Maspalomas

Today was the last day and i got up early and went for breakfast then did then got a bus to Maspalomas and walked back to Playa del Ingles.<br> Had a swim in the sea for the last time which was amazing and then back to the hotel to have a shower and pack our stuff for check out at 12 :-(!!<br> Our flight wasnt till 6:15pm so we went to the Yumbo centre for a drink ...

Today we decided to get a bus to Las Palmas, the first bus stop was the wrong one so had to walk to another bus stop!!<br><br><br><br> Got the bus and arrived at the station and realised we had got off a stop to early so had to walk about 2 miles to the next one but had a bit good exercise:-)..<br><br><br><br ...

It was really nice and a very local place<br>which i like a lot because i like to expirence what the locals do :-).<br><br>Then<br>we went to a few pubs one called fiction with men in just there<br>underwear and then sparkles showbar which had a drag show but was not<br>very good so went to nixonos which is a club and stayed there till 4am<br>but it was very exspensive and cost 19.50 euros for 3 drinks :-0.

... then went and draged josh out of bed and we walked up the beach 5 miles to Maspalomas, i was swimming in the sea most the way and fighting against the waves which were really big and strong and kept nearly knocking me over.<br> Early night tonight then it will be my birthday 2moro :-D hoping to go on some sort of boat trip in the next couple days..

The temperture is 30 degrees and there is not a cloud in the<br>sky. Got a bus back to the hotel which was a good price. ... the scenery high up in the mountains was barren and looked like a moonscape. It was amazingly stark. We stopped at many points for photos and information from our guide. We walked around the areas half way up the volcano and in old craters and lava fields surrounding the volcano. It was a great excursion and we were very impressed with the island, the towns, and the overall feel of the place. We will definitely come back spend more time here at some point.

... br><br>Durante esses dias, passeamos, fomos ás compras, praia e piscina, comemoooos (muito mais do que deviamos), mas foi tudo muito calmo e correu ás mil maravilhas. (Os meus pais gostam do David)<br><br>Tirando a minha irmã Mafalda lhe ter dado uma gastroentrite, foi tudo optimo.. Só faltou o Luís para a Familia estar completa. A companhia da Mónica tambem é sempre muito divertida.

... tudo muito detalhado, é que algumas viagens já foram há alguns anos e para alem disso, como o blog só está a nascer hoje, são muitas historias para contar ao mesmo tempo.<br>Aproveito também, para deixar os parabéns ao meu companheiro deste "correr o mundo", que fez ontem os seus 22 suados anos! Nada disto faria sentido sem ti e sendo assim começo com a nossa primeira viagem juntos ...

I hated this holiday - the apartments were away at the top of the hill, beyond the Europa Centre and they were building a new hotel next door, we were told that it was only remedial work - total nightmare. The were drilling from early in the morning til sunset - but apart from that nothing would entice me back to the same area again!
