Caught the 10.30am train from Sofia to Varna. We had heard the trains could be really old and ****** and there could be thefts but when we got on it was fine. ... In the night it's Lev25 for 3 hours. It's a great way to spend the sunny day at the beach. My arms were in pain for 3 days after my session! This place was a great distraction, and I befriend a group of friendly locals who take me under their wings and let me hang out for the day and into the night at their local watering hole. I'm thankful for these friendly Bulgarians who made me feel normal again and helped me to wash away my pain.
