A travel blog entry by downer on Dec 25, 2014

Traumatic Times, Christmas Lunch booked, we arrived at 2pm, the restaurant packed full and the drink in full flow... Two Fat Ladies 88..! We have made our reservation for Christmas Lunch and are very ...

The next day and most days we went to the beach and me and my brother did some back and front flips.

And today we are leaving Pensicola and going to near Alicante for 4 nights and it will take 3 to 4 hours to get there.

... of appeal, as a family, but still worth the look.

      But Peniscola is lovely.
It has a beautiful beach with an old castle perched upon an impressive rocky crag as a centrepiece.
      What a backdrop!
We walked inside and around the 700 yr old castle walls. The view over the town and beaches is amazing.

We are really settling into the Spanish way of life - sleeping in late, beach, eating a late lunch of ...
