... day. No schedule, no clocks, life 100% on my terms, such a delight! Travel time is sacred time to me. If I had to pick a religion, it certainly would be adventure. ... full of laughing and exploring. I made a sopa de refigerator for dinner- threw all of our left overs into a big pot and simmered! rice, hominy, pork, beef, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cilantro, onion, garlic. All and all, not bad!!! :-) The night ended with a perfect impromptu bonfire on the back 9 of the property. A right good bohemian sing along around a large crackling hot prehistoric tv set.
