Acapulco, Pacific Coast, Mexico pamericas... were a total of 8 divers. In this group of divers the youngest
was 14 and the oldest was in his 50's.
Wow what a way to make a living,
Then back to the ship to cast off at 6pm.
The weather was hot and humid about 92 degrees.
A nice refreshing dip in the pool was a great way to cool off.
Acapulco, Pacific Coast, Mexico berri... br>The history of Acapulco (per the tour book), is a city of about 700,000 people. This became
a major port back in the 1500's due to the arrival of Hernan Cortez,
which at that time many treasures were shipped to Mexico City and on to Spain. After World War 2 this became a favorite
vacation spot.More to come!
Acapulco, Pacific Coast, Mexico berri... because I didn´t meet any other person during my three days there that I really could converse with.
Friday I went around passing empty bars until it started to rain, then I happily retired to my room. I went to explore the city Saturday, determined to find some cool people to do some serious drink with that night. Passed the time drinking pina colada by the beach until nightfall. I continued my hunt for English ...
Acapulco, Pacific Coast, Mexico orion.a... to eat, and breathe in fresh air. The zocalo area was just around the corner, so we found a good place to sit and eat and enjoyed people watching. The zocalo was pretty active with clowns and devilish looking witch doctors posing for the camera. Acapulco is extremely hot and especially humid. Something that we were not used to, so sleeping that night was a challenge. The next day proved to be just as hot and humid so we were not very ...
Acapulco, Pacific Coast, Mexico ladyandtramp... low prices. At the entrance to the village the road forks by an Oxxo shop, if your bus is heading straight on then jump out here and veer off to the left. This is the only street that runs through the village, on your left are all the hotels and restaurants lining the Pacific Ocean whilst on your right is the Laguna de ...
Pie de la Cuesta, Guerrero, Mexico amazingjourneys... worried about is location, if you like windows i would go somewhere else. 3.The surf is not good for surfing or boogy boarding, but I heard another town that is nearby has very good surf. 4.dont eat at the places along the beach, they are expensive and not as good. However, do party there. Also, sorry I don't have any party pictures. I don't want to bring my camera to the bars and clubs. I'll try and scrounge some up from someone else.
Acapulco, Mexico peterhallI got back from Acapulco last night. I had a lot of fun! We left Friday morning at 6:45 and got to our hotel around 2. It was pretty frustrating when we first got there because UDLA had switched our hotels at the last minute and so we were staying in one that wasn't as nice and didn't have its own beach which I was most looking forward to. To make matters just a tad more irritating to me, we got to the not as nice hotel after 7 ...
Acapulco, Mexico jeschica... the night on the beach .......... oh my god !! This morning I've been helping Normand with an electrical problem on his Westy and I eventually had to head off to the COSTO with him to get a new battery. This brings us right into and through downtown, beachfront, Acapulco. What a sight to behold ! Now back at our camp with the breeze blowing it is great as I type in my chair gazing out over a lovely beach with huge waves crashing in on the beach. Not good for ...
