... by our photos, we chose to visit on a weekday, during which time it seems almost abandoned.

Miryam has found online recommendations for an unusual restaurant. Mesón Cuevas del Vino is up a steep street off the Plaza and is located in a 300-year old building that used to store wine and olive oil. ... out for tapas. We had bakaya (bakow) fish, that is known to smell horrible. We had it wrapped up in a little tapa, but also had it wrapped almost like a mozzarella stick. They were both great though, and we had some waters to drink as well. We walked around, saw different performers doing different things for money, while also just saw the main area. They had these cool things, where it protected people from the sun, so when you shopped you had something over your ...

... at our homestay from the hotel telephone, we decided to walk to our new apartment to say hola! Her name is Esperanza and so far she is very nice and is a fabulous cook – she used to own her own restaurant so she makes everything fresh in the house. When we first had lunch with her, she showed us videos of her 8 month old grandson for about 20 minutes, very cute.

Our apartment is….un poco interesante. We are ...
