Happy New Year
... decided to cancel the Madrid trip for the feast of
the Three Kings and celebrate it in Lubrin.
It is a really big deal here and the Three Kings arrive on donkeys
around midnight (?!) in the town square and children receive their Christmas
presents from them. There is much celebrating before and after, we believe, as
this marked the end of the Christmas period.

Our home in Spain
... is hair raising. Only one speed - flat out and no wonder most cars have dings in them. Cars stop in the middle of the street, if say a passenger wants to get out, and everyone waits, then it's like Bathurst!.
