Well, after a long scheduling session on Monday, I had my first day today working as an English assistant. The schedule is kind of all over the place with all ages, but I am excited because of the 4 week block, 3 weeks have 4 hours with Math classes. For those of you who know me well enough, thats super exciting. I may not be super quick or awesome at math, but it holds a special place in my heart. :D So, throughout the 4 week schedule I work 12 hours a week but ...

I want to be productive and go see the island but I just haven't had much desire or ambition to do so. I'm not sure if its the weather, my uncertainty of life, the wait for this burden of two roommates instead of one to disperse, not earning an income to live off of or just my lack of drive from months upon months of doing very little to nothing.
Even the toddler with an attitude in the neighbor is bringing me down. I think I just need a day ...

I trudge on. At a couple points, I have to wait among the rocks so the cars can drive freely when two are passing. Finally after what seemed like a never ending slow incline (and heavy air to boot), I got to the place where I needed to turn. Yay! Progress.

... a perfect base for exploring. I was able to lose weight and relax, and squeeze in a bit of beach down time. I made some great friends on the retreat and we had a wonderful night out in Ibiza Town at the end of the week, but we all still came home feeling fitter and more refreshed. All in all a perfect week which proves that everything is good for you in moderation.
... but mostly how to get the stupid thing to light. Then I saw the "flicker bicker," as we called them, put two and two together to figure out how to make things happen in this house. Kind of how the transition is going. Listen AND observe. What is said is not always followed. Ive been in enough situations to know that each man for themselves. Sorry folks, Im not cleaning this place until I see you lift a finger and clean up ...
