... just wanted to take advantage of all the space the new dual carriageway had to offer, as he spent most of the journey straddling the two lanes, only begrudgingly move to one or the other when a passing car trying to drive through him.
Our check in was at 4am, our flight at 7am. We arrived at 8:30pm. It was cheaper than staying in a guesthouse for a few hours. That is pretty much all there is to be said about that.

... sleepless night, I slept for most of the morning. Not doing well to adjust to the 5.5hour time difference. After a breakfast of fresh fruit - watermelon, papaya and pineapple (not had those in a while!) time for the pool!! Today is a lovely sunny day. Unlike yesterday which was really cloudy and rainy. And today the fishing boats had their sails up! So I went for a quick walk along the beach to have a look at them. Naively thinking they were cute fishing boats ...
... bit sad to hand the keys and my moto back this afternoon. She was reliable, efficient, safe, purred like a kitten and did not whinge at what time of the day she was mounted:-)
Anyway, spoiled myself with a seafood platter tonight. 1 lobster, 1 crab, 4 king prawns, a slab of tuna, a squid (oh pardon me, calamari:-) chips, salad and a long neck Lion beer, $17.50!!!
Heading back to reality tomoz. The fires are burning so straight back into it apparently. Stay safe.
