Farewell to Greece
... port. Thermo rests down and tarp over us to prevent us getting damp we attempted to sleep – however once again the mosquitoes and bugs prevented us from doing so. Finally after about 45mins of persistence Rhys suggested we put the tent up – which only takes 1minute! Why did we not think of that in the beginning????

... to consider the way back. If I delay I will certainly miss the boat. I am a bit scared walking all alone now but this excitement is nice and intriguing…..and suddenly I spot the first deer. I don’t want to scare it but it does not move even when I try to come closer.

What a lovely way to wake up in the morning, sunshine and the worlds biggest swimming pool to swim in before breakfast, I could get used to this. Mongonisi to Giaos
Woke up to blue sky's and scorching hot, had breakfast sorted all out shipshape. Sailed to Giaos wind was moderate so was able to put the sails up. Giaos is the main village on the island of Paxos and it gets lots of day trippers coming from the mainland in ferries. Also loads of yachts all shapes and sizes.
