... the light of day: A friend whose word I respect and trust helped me re-believe in myself. Restored my faith that what I put to paper, no matter how it seems to me, has value. And that my words have the power to touch people. It has given me a surge of resolve to continue writing and sharing.

The confusing bit is getting the minibuses sometimes, and today was no exception, tons of vans, people and lots more shouting in Thai, I stood there a lot going "I don't have a clue what's going on lol". I've learnt to be a royal pain in the ass though, I ask two or three times if it correct bus, what time etc, and I ask more than one person, but you often get differing info which confuses it further, but screw it, least ...
As we approached the dock it already had a different vibe. There were lots of restaurants on stilts lining the waterway and you could tell it was bigger in size.
