    Breakfast as usual at the hotel and we'd decided to spend the hottest part of the day at the beach after strolling west along the shore - yesterday's beach was to the east.     ... Walking off the ferry everyone knew what the were in for. Seeing all the people who were about to get on the ferry looking worse for wear….that was going to be us in 5 days.

    ... for siesta so we found gelato for me to kill some time. I thought I had said goodbye to gelato in Italy but in fact, you can find it quite easily in Greece too. Just not near as many gelaterias. The gelato I had at "Vanilla" was excellent…all handmade on the premises.
