Here on Koh Tao is pretty amazing... It's very laid back and has a really nice atmosphere. For those of you that don't know, I'm doing my PADI whilst I'm here which is basically a scuba diving equivalent of a driving license. Yesterday we did pool diving and theory and today we did 2 ocean dives, each about 12 metres deep. The diving here is insane! The colours are amazing and you see so many fish... A huge shoal of (small) barracuda swam right ...

We arrived at the main harbour of Koh Tao at 07:00 after all sleeping fitfully through the night, although someone apparently threw a cushion onto Lukasz's face during the night to stop him snoring. Apparently it worked as this was the only cushion he received. As soon as we disembarked, we were bombarded by taxi drivers asking us questions and offering us rides which we pushed through to collect ourselves and discuss the next step. We finally asked a driver to take us to ...

Sawaidee from Koh Tao

Beach time! We had been travelling at a fast pace for the last 3 months and were really looking forward to what we were calling our holiday (as opposed to all of you who think we are on a permanent holiday ha ha). Our mood was slightly dampened as we stepped off the bus at the Chumpoun ferry terminal and were blasted by a strong wind. So we popped some sea sickness tablets and boarded the ferry. It was packed and at first everyone made excitable noises as the ...
