Every Sunday was a special lunch.

The Hacienda (where Jody works) serves the best roast dinner on the island. It isn't quite a Toby Carvery but we have to say, it is pretty much the next best thing! The choice was always the same, chicken, lamb, beef or pork (and vegetarian) all topped off with not one but two yorkshire puddings. Wow, we haven't had yorkshire pudding for almost a year!

... We grabbed our equipment bags and headed down to the pier and boarded the boat. Nerves were kicking in for us both now but we were excited at the same time.
